Hanno is an experienced management trainer, facilitator and executive coach with hands-on experience of the full range of training and consulting activities. Drawing on a successful career in professional sport and building on his business studies, he has successfully transferred these skills into the business world where he now advises major multi-national companies in more than 17 countries.
Hanno spent many years in a highly dynamic and competitive professional sports environment representing various Austrian national teams. He competed in the Snow boarding World Cup. Among several accolades, he was awarded the title of “Austrian Extreme Athlete of the Year” before a serious injury halted his sporting career.
Working mainly for multi-national clients, he has designed and run senior management seminars and executive coaching programmes on Managing Change, Team Development, Leadership Training and Coaching Skills. His clients include Amazon, Deutsche Bank, Reuters, Philip Morris, AXA, Ford Motor Company, a global payment association and a leading Formula 1 motor racing team.
Hanno works across many cultures for multi-national organisations. His assignments have taken him to a variety of countries including Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Qatar, the UAE, India, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, South Africa, the USA and Japan.
He has a passion for and special ability to motivate and inspire people in their pursuit of excellence at work, in sport and in having fun. For Hanno, it is not just about helping managers to learn in a classroom situation but also in motivating employees to achieve outstanding results in their daily work duties.
He has coached some of Europe’s top sports professionals, including world champions and Olympic teams, on both mental and physical levels. He now focuses his energy in the field of corporate performance enhancement – helping top executives and senior managers to achieve individual and team performance excellence.
Hanno has a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) & San Diego State University (USA). Having qualified at NLP University, USA, he is a certified global NLP Trainer, a Business Master Practitioner in NLP, a certified Train-the-Trainer and a certified consultant and trainer of the Language And Behaviour (LAB) profiling system.
He is also qualified in using Tools & (psychometric) Profiles such as TCS (Team Climate Survey), e360 Feedback and TMS (Team Management Systems). Other proficiencies include Ericksonian Hypnosis, Advanced Business Communication for Sales, Marketing & Advertising, and Systemic Thinking.
Although he now works mainly in English, he is also fluent in German.
