A signed acceptance of the quote, payment terms and details of the scope of work is required before commencement of any project our Virtual Assistant's undertake

Work can be received either by: e-mail attachment, MS Office Live, FTP, post, fax, hard-copy, CD / DVD.

Turnaround to be discussed and agreed prior to commencement of a project.

Normal turnaround for general work is 24 - 48 hours dependent on the size and nature of the task.

All documentation is scanned using Kaspersky 2011 which is continually updated. However, no guarantee is given or implied as to the effectiveness of this software and it will remain the responsibility of the client to ensure they have their own Virus Protection Software.

Final proofreading remains the responsibility of the client. However any mistakes will be rectified free of charge if returned within 48 hours.

OVC Marketing are not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by our Virtual Assistants.

OVC Marketing are not responsible for the content of any document supplied to them.

Clients should not pass off plagiarised material as their own original work. We will assume no responsibility for any plagiarised material supplied by a client, and we reserve the right to return the work should we become aware of such inappropriate use.

Clients are solely responsible for the appropriate use of content, including abiding by any copyright laws, plagiarism laws and publishing requirements.

We retain the right to reject work for any client which involves material we find to be illegal or offensive.

Financial Terms

A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of any new project, with the balance being due and payable upon completion.

Hourly services are invoiced weekly and are payable upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All invoices are issued electronically.

Retainer Agreements are invoiced fortnightly in advance of each calendar month and are due and payable prior to the commencement of work.

Payment must be made in US $ unless another currency has been agreed prior to commencement of work.

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Pay Pal.

Interest will be charged on any overdue amounts at the rate of 2.5% per month until the account is settled.

All office supplies and materials will be billed at cost and listed individually on invoices.

Clients will be charged to the nearest 15 minutes.

There is a minimum fee of 30 minutes work charged on all assignments unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

At OVC Marketing we respect our clients confidentiality.

Confidentiality Agreements can be signed should this be required prior to commencement of work.
